Our client based just outside of Kings Lynn is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their business. This role is remote and requires twice per monthly visits to the office. Our client owns a creative Ecommerce business with a huge following and they are looking for someone who can deal with all incoming enquires, process orders, invoicing and manage the full customer journey for their luxury brand.

To be considered for the Customer Service Advisor role you must have at least 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service position, you must be able to work to deadlines and have a customer first approach. Whilst this is a well-established business with over 10 years in the industry, they are still a small team so ideally a team player who can take on duties outside of the job description is required.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor is:

  • Able to prioritise
  • Good under pressure, in the summer we can be incredibly busy
  • Communicating with customers within a short timeframe, arranging deliveries, responding to their queries, managing issues with products or delivery, managing returns
  • Operations involve the use of email, shared google drive, ClickUp, Shopify (our ecommerce platform), the warehouse platform and Xero.
  • Responsible for communicating with the warehouse about orders- queries/ issues/ delivery
  • Basic inbox management—forwarding non customer queries to me/ the VAs/our PR/ Marketing team. Management of the OOO
  • Understanding the products – our items are handmade by artisans and traditional craftsmanship. It’s crucial that the right person learns our products so they can help our customers.

Our client is offering a basic salary of £23 000 to £27 000 depending on experience. Ideally, we are looking for someone with an interest in interior designer or with a creative background. Whilst this is a full-time role our client is offering flexible working hours, so candidates with children who need a bit of flexibility with school picks up/drop offs etc will be considered.
